Greetings! I’m The Grad a.k.a. The Graduate a.k.a. The Author of “The Grad Files.” I’m a 23-year-old African American male with a Bachelor’s degree in English and African American Studies. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree. One of the purposes of this blog is to document my experiences as a grad student. The other purpose is to state my peace on whatever I feel prompted to write about. My blogs will come as time permits. I may post several a day, or I may skip a few days. My opinions are just that and I welcome healthy discussions on anything that I write. Thank you for taking the time to read my posts and feel free to shoot me a few lines at thegradfiles@gmail.com
I want some masculine energy around me. And I'm not talking sexually. I, at this moment, would simply love to have a guy around. It something about that male presence that just puts me at ease. But oh well...its not happening.
